Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account data: Email address, hashed password (bcrypt), and username derived from your email. If you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Usage data: Content preferences, niche selections, publishing schedules, WordPress site URLs you connect, and article generation history.

Payment data: Processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: operate your account and authenticate sessions; generate articles based on your configured preferences; publish content to your connected WordPress sites; process credit purchases; and communicate service updates. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TrendingBrain:

• AI content providers -we use third-party AI services to research topics and generate articles. Your niche topics and generation inputs are sent to these providers. Data is processed only to generate your content and is not retained beyond what is required for processing.
• Railway -hosts our application and PostgreSQL database with encrypted connections.
• Google OAuth -if you choose to sign in with Google. We access only your basic profile information (name, email, profile image). We do not access your contacts, files, or any other Google data. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Railway with TLS-encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext. All data transmission between your browser and our servers uses HTTPS. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If your account is suspended, your data (including email, username, credits, purchase history, and generated articles) is retained for the duration of the suspension to enable potential appeal and reinstatement. Suspended account data is not deleted unless you submit a separate deletion request.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@trendingbrain.com, regardless of account status. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove your data from our servers within 30 days. Deletion is irreversible -all articles, credits, schedules, and account history will be permanently lost.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@trendingbrain.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

TrendingBrain is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
